1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn (if applicable), unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as customized items, clearance sale products, personal care items, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order details. Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Products must be shipped back within the specified timeframe shared by our team.

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose between a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify White Purple within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.
